BSB50120
Diploma of business
The BSB50120 Diploma of Business is designed for individuals looking to build their business management capabilities and take on broader responsibilities within an organisation. It suits aspiring team leaders, coordinators, or managers seeking practical skills in leadership, planning, and operational decision-making.

Overview
This qualification is designed for individuals currently working, or aspiring to work, in leadership, supervisory or team coordination roles within the business services industry. It’s ideal for those transitioning from junior operational or administrative roles into positions that require greater responsibility such as leading teams, overseeing daily operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
The program supports a structured career progression from individual contributor roles to more autonomous leadership positions. Learners build the skills and confidence needed to take on supervisory and management responsibilities, while also gaining a solid foundation for further study at the Diploma level in business or leadership.
