This program is designed for existing workers in the retail industry who are currently employed in, or transitioning into, supervisory, team leader, or department management roles. Learners typically have experience in customer-facing retail operations and are seeking to formalise their skills, develop leadership capabilities, and progress into more senior roles within their organisation.

Eligibility
- Students must meet the minimum working age for the relevant role and be able to engage safely in the work environment.
- To enrol in this course, students must have successfully completed a Certificate III in Retail, which provides the essential foundation in customer service, retail operations, stock handling, and the use of retail systems.
- Alternatively, students may be eligible if they can demonstrate relevant industry experience in a role that aligns with the core competencies of the SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail. Evidence of this experience will be required as part of the application process.
- Students must be currently employed in a retail setting with responsibilities aligned to team leadership or supervisory functions. This may include roles such as team leader, shift supervisor, department manager, or assistant store manager.
