Eligibility
- Students must meet the minimum working age for the relevant role and be able to engage safely in the work environment.
- Students must be recently employed in a suitable retail role. Employment must be with an employer in a retail business such as a supermarket, department store, pharmacy, food outlet, convenience store, or specialty retailer.
- Students must have ongoing access to a real retail work environment where practical skills and assessment activities can be completed. This includes direct access to customers, point-of-sale systems, stock management processes, and retail operations aligned to the qualification outcomes.
