The course explores the application of emotional intelligence to lead diverse teams successfully and foster inclusive work environments. Students will develop strategies to manage workplace risks, resolve problems effectively, and respond proactively to customer needs. In addition, the course covers organising meetings and monitoring service delivery to ensure outcomes are met and standards maintained.
